It’s the best of both worlds: privacy when you need it, community when you’re ready.For working parents: Call-friendly spaces, Wi-Fi, and on-site education programming for children to support focus windows during the week.For Children: Nature-rich, age-mixed, children's education program on-site during weekdays.

3. Our Food PhilosophyThe Heart of the Village: We know eating together is the simplest and most powerful way to build a village. Our food program is designed to remove the daily hassle of planning and cooking so you can focus on what truly matters: connection.Weekday Feasts & Weekend Flexibility: From Monday to Friday, enjoy three delicious, locally-sourced meals a day, served buffet-style. This "deconstructed" approach allows everyone, from the pickiest eaters to those with specific dietary needs, to build a plate they love. On weekends, enjoy an included breakfast and our unlimited smoothie bar, with our fully-equipped communal kitchens open for you to cook for your family or organize a spontaneous group meal.Throughout your stay, fresh organic ingredients, an unlimited smoothie bar, and healthy snacks are always available to nourish your family from the inside out.

What’s included in the co-living experience?
Your stay includes private accommodations, 3 meals daily Monday-Friday plus more options for weekends, an unlimited smoothie bar, on-site education programming for children during weekdays, access to shared spaces, some activities, and community support from Cohli.How does the payment structure work?
Reserve your spot with a deposit. Each month's payment is due at the start of the month during the experience. If minimum occupancy isn’t met, we’ll refund your deposit in full.Can we customize our experience?
Yes, you’re welcome to join planned activities or explore on your own. This will be a collaborative experience and we welcome everyone to offer ideas. Optional excursions and off-site activities, are available for an additional fee.How do you select families?
